摘要
采用刮涂的方法制备了不同类型的无溶剂聚氨酯(PU)涂层,研究了不同类型的多元醇对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:聚碳酸酯型PU涂层的力学性能最优,聚醚型PU涂层的力学性能最差;聚醚型PU涂层具有良好的透气性和透水汽性,卫生性能明显优于其它类型无溶剂PU涂层。采用无溶剂PU树脂生产合成革不使用有机溶剂,是一种清洁生产技术。
Different types of solvent-free polyurethane (PU) coatings were prepared with scratching method, and the effects of polymeric polyol with different types on the PU coating properties were studied. Results show that the mechanical properties of polycarbonate type PU coating are optimal, and polyether type PU coating are the worst. The polyether type PU coating has good air permeability and water vapor transmission, and the hygienic property is superior to that of other solvent-free PU coatings. The solvent-free polyurethane resin used in synthetic leather production without organic solvent is a kind of cleaner production technology.
