摘要
目的:研究参芪柔脉合剂对颈动脉粥样硬化试验兔炎性因子的影响。方法:将新西兰大耳白兔60只分为空白组9只,模型组51只,对模型组行颈动脉球囊内膜损伤术联合高脂饲料喂养制备动脉粥样硬化兔模型,将造模成功的50只试验兔采用随机数字表法分为模型组、西药组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药低剂量组,各10只。分组后开始分别灌胃给药或给水,于给药前后取血测炎性因子指标的含量,于本次给药后取颈动脉观察其形态学变化。结果:给药前,与空白组比较,模型组于给药前后hs-CRP、TNF-a、IL-10值变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);给药前后组内比较,西药组、中药高剂量组和中药中剂量组的hs-CRP、TNF-a值均降低,IL-10值升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);给药后西药组、中药高剂量组、中药中剂量组和中药低剂量组与模型组比较hs-CRP、TNF-a值均降低,IL-10值升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),在升高IL-10值上中药高剂量组和中药中剂量组优于西药组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。肉眼观察示各给药组试验兔颈动脉病变程度均有变化。结论:参芪柔脉合剂治疗可调节CAS兔炎性因子水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Roumai decoction on inflammatory factors in experimental rabbits with carotid atherosclerosis. Methods: A total of 60 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into blank group with 9 rabbits and model group with 51 rabbits. The rabbits in the model group were used to establish a rabbit model of atherosclerosis using carotid artery balloon injury combined with high- fat feed. The 50 experimental rabbits successfully established were randomly divided into model group,Western medicine group,and high-,middle-,and low- dose traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) groups using a random number table,with 10 rabbits in each group. Then the rabbits were given drugs or water by gavage,blood samples were collected before and after administration to measure the levels of inflammatory factors,and the carotid artery was collected after administration to observe its morphological changes. Results: There were significant differences in the changes in high- sensitivity C- reactive protein( hs- CRP),tumor necrosis factor- α( TNF- α),and interleukin- 10( IL- 10) after administration between the blank group and the model group( P 〈0. 01). After administration,the Western medicine group and the high- and middle- dose TCM groups had significant reductions in hs- CRP and TNF- α and a significant increase in IL- 10( P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05). After administration,the Western medicine group and the high-,middle-,and low- dose TCM groups had significant reductions in hs- CRP and TNF- α and a significant increase in IL- 10 compared with the model group( P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05). The high- and middle- dose TCM groups had significantly greater increases in IL- 10 compared with the Western medicine group( P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0. 05). Observation with the naked eye showed changes in carotid artery lesions in all administration groups. Conclusion:Shenqi Roumai decoction can regulate the levels of inflammatory factors in rabbits with carotid atherosclerosis.
