护手霜预防较长时间应用气压止血带后皮肤损伤的效果观察

目的观察局部应用护手霜对预防气压止血带较长时间缚扎致皮肤损伤的效果。方法将60例需再植2—3指的手外伤患者，随机分为A、B两组，每组30例。A组为使用护手霜纽，B组不对局部皮肤进行任何处理的常规组。观察两组患者手术结束后10min、12h、24h。缚扎止血带区域皮肤损伤情况。结果术后10min：两组患者局部皮肤不同损伤程度发生率相近（P〉0．05）；术后12h、24h：A组局部水疱、皮下出血比B组发生率低（P〈0．05）。结论局部均匀涂布护手霜能改善应用止血带〉3h患者的局部皮肤损伤情况，可有效减轻患者术后痛苦。

Objective The protection effect of skin damage by locally spreding hand cream on the press area in replantation surgery patients who underwent long time application of pneumatic tourniquet. Methods 60 cases of hand injury patients who underwent 2-3 severed fingers reunion were selected and divided into the obervation group and the control group according to the random number table, 30 cases in each group.The patients in group A （ obervation group ） were spreded hand cream on the press area, the patients in group B （ control group ） were treated conventionally. To observe two groups of patients after surgery for 10 min, 12 h, 24 h the skin damage on the area of bounded tourniquet. Results Ten minutes after the operation, two groups of patients with local skin different damage degrees, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） . 12 h, 24 h after surgery, compared the two groups, group A had less local blister and subcutaneous hemorrhage than group B, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion Skin evenly coated hand cream can protect local skin damage in patients with a long time application of tourniquet.
