关节镜下双排锚钉修复肩袖损伤的疗效观察

目的观察关节镜下双排锚钉治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法2013年9月至2016年8月因外伤致肩袖损伤（部分破裂）患者60例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各30例，对照组予保守治疗。观察组予以关节镜下双排锚钉肩袖修补术治疗，观察两组的临床治疗效果，比较两组患者术后肩关节功能及疼痛的改善情况。结果观察组术后4周UCLA及ASES评分优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），8、12周VAS、UCLA及ASES评分均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论肩关节镜下使用双排锚钉治疗部分肩袖损伤疗效满意，是一种效果较好的肩袖修复技术。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of double row anchor nail in treatment of rotator cuff injury under arthroscopy. Methods From September 2013 to August 2016, 60 patients with rotator cuff injury （ partial rupture ） were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated conservatively. The patients in the observation group were treated with arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff with double row anchor. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed. The improvement of shoulder function and pain were observed in the two groups. Results The UCLA and ASES of 4 weeks and the VAS, UCLA and ASES scores of 8, 12 weeks were superior to those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The shoulder joint arthroscope should be used to treat part of the shoulder with double-row anchors in the control group, the differences were statistically significant.Sleeve injury surgery is a better rotator cuffrepair technology.
