血液透析过程中患者失血过多的原因分析及护理对策

目的探讨如何减少血液透析患者失血的发生，确保透析安全，提高透析质量。方法对血液透析前、中、后期3个阶段易导致患者失血的常见操作问题进行分析，据此制定在血液透析整个过程中预防患者失血的措施。结果规范预防血液透析患者失血的护理操作常规，能降低其意外失血的发生，保障患者的安全。结论通过实施预防患者失血的规范护理操作，有效降低血液透析中常见操作问题给患者带来的损失。

Objective To explore how to reduce the occurrence of blood loss in hemodialysis patients, to ensure dialysis safety and improve dialysis quality. Methods To analyze the common operation problems of blood loss in 3 periods before, middle and late stage of hemodialysis, and to establish the measures to prevent blood loss in the whole process of hemodialysis. Results Standardized nursing operation prevented blood loss in hemodialysis patients can reduce the occurrence of accidental blood loss, protect the safety of patients. Conclusion Through the implementation of standardized nursing operation to prevent blood loss, effectively reduce the loss of the common operating problems in hemodialysis patients.
