“教育致贫”悖论解析及相关政策建议——以甘肃省14个贫困村为例 被引量:29

摘要 利用"甘肃省精准扶贫与区域发展研究中心"2016年对甘肃14个贫困村的入户调查数据,实证分析了不同受教育水平劳动力的教育收益率及其对家庭贫困的影响,考察了现阶段家庭子女上学与农户家庭贫困的关系,在此基础上对"教育致贫"悖论进行了解析,并针对教育精准扶贫提出了相应的政策建议。 Based on the survey data of 14 poverty-stricken villages in Gansu province, this paper discusses the income and expenditure status of 1749 poor families, the education status of children and education expenditure, and the relationship between family education and family poverty. According to the actual situation of education in poverty in the western region, this paper puts forward some suggestions. The government should strengthen the construction of teachers, and scientific development of pre-school education in rural areas- Optimize the allocation of rural education resources, and promote the balanced development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas, rational development of high school education and vocational education, in order to give students more choices; Improve financial aid policy for the poor students, and reduce the burden of education of poor families; Establish the urban and rural integration of labor market, and improve the employment level of rural children.
