先秦儒家论证中的谬误探析

A Study of Fallacies in the Arguments of Pre-Qin Confucianism

儒家文化自古以来就是中华文化的主流、国人价值观的核心,极大地影响着国人的思维方式与思维习惯。先秦儒家经典学说作为儒家文化的基础和源头成为后人继承发扬儒家文化的必然选择。因此,先秦儒家经典学说中的思维方式、论证方式及其谬误也深深地影响着现代的中国人。逻辑是与谬误斗争的强有力武器。挖掘这些谬误并予以逻辑分析,意在促使我们重视逻辑、运用逻辑,对儒家论证中的谬误予以规避,从而有效地澄清谬误,明辨是非。

Confucianism culture has been the main stream of Chinese culture, and the core of Chinese people＇s value since the ancient times, which greatly influences Chinese people＇s thinking modes and habits. The classical works of Pre-Qin Confucianism as the base and source of Confucianism culture naturally are taken as a necessary choice for inheriting and promoting Confucianism culture. Thus, the thinking mode, way of arguments in the classical works of Pre-Qin Confucianism strongly affects the modern Chinese, among which fallacies should also follow. This paper aims to analyze these fallacies, points out that logic is the powerful weapon for promoting the modern people to focus on logic, employ logic and evade fallacies in the argument. Finally, this paper clarifies the fallacies, and distinguishes the truth and falsehood.
