摘要
全纳教育发展的关键在于全纳教师的培育。加拿大在培育全纳教师方面,通过制定完备的法律政策、严格的教师培训和准入制度、贯彻全纳理念、搭建社会支持网络等措施形成了一套完整的培养体系。借鉴其先进经验,可助推我国全纳教师全面发展,从而推动我国特殊教育事业的发展。
The key to the development of inclusive education lies in the cultivation of inclusive teachers. In order to cultivate inclusive teachers, Canada has built up a complete training system through issuing laws and policies, developing comprehensive teacher training and access systems, strictly implementing the inclusive concept, and setting up social support networks. We should learn from their advanced experience and boost the comprehensive development of our inclusive teachers, so as to promote the special education in our country.
