摘要
利用学生评教的方法评价了10门食品科学与工程专业课程教学质量,利用主成分分析法建立了教学质量评价模型,利用该模型对10门课程教学质量进行了评价,并通过教研小组评价对模型评价结果进行了检验。评价结果表明,课程C3教学质量最好;模型评价结果与教研小组评价结果具有很好的一致性,表明该文提出的方法是客观的和可行的,为教学质量的评价提供了一种新的途径。
A model of teaching quality evaluation was established using principal component analysis. The teaching quality of ten courses for food science and engineering was evaluated by students utilizing this model. The results were tested against the evaluation of a teaching and research group. The results showed that the teaching quality of Course 3 was best. The model evaluation results were in good agreement with the opinions of the teaching and research team. This indicates that the new way for the evaluation of teaching quality is objective and feasible.
