摘要
目的 :设计一种在大孔径定位CT引导下进行胸部穿刺活检的辅助装置。方法 :通过分析目前CT胸部穿刺活检存在的问题,结合大孔径CT定位系统的特点设计。该辅助装置主要由固定板、负压真空垫、支撑架、置物箱、角度盘和指针构成。固定板由碳纤维材料制作,角度盘、指针、支撑架以及置物箱均由透明的有机玻璃制作,负压真空垫内装有泡沫颗粒。结果:该装置解决了穿刺点不精确、进针路径有偏差和穿刺过程中患者体位不能固定的问题。结论:该装置具有制造简便、经济,使用安全的特点,缩短了穿刺时间,并且可用于多个穿刺点同时进行穿刺,适用于临床工作量比较大的科室。
Objective To design a kind of auxiliary device used for chest puncture and biopsy guided by wide-aperture CT.Methods The auxiliary device was designed with considerations on the problems in chest puncture and biopsy as well as on the characteristics of wide-aperture CT localization system, which was composed of a fixation plate, a negative-pressure vacuum pad, a support, a storage box, a graduated disc and an indicator. The fixation plate was made of fiber reinforced plastics, and the graduated disc, indicator, support and box were made of apparent organic glass. The negative-pressure pad was full of foam particles. Results The device eliminated the deficiencies in puncture point, needle insertion and puncture.Conclusion The device gains advantages in convenience, low cost, safety and puncture time, can be used for the puncture at multi puncture points, and thus is worthy promoting in the departments with high workloads.
