摘要
简要评述了怒江上游水文站网现状及存在的问题。根据流域水电规划方案,遵循水文站网布设一般原则,考虑水电工程建设时序,对流域水文站网布设和分阶段实施方案进行了分析研究。结果表明,根据前期站网建设需要应新建江达、热玉、同卡、罗拉、俄米5个水文站,为掌握水文要素沿程变化规律和工程设计提供依据,对西藏水文站网建设和梯级水电开发具有重要意义。
The current status and issues on the hydrological gauge network at upstream of the Nu River in Tibet territory are briefed. In accordance with the scheme of the catchment hydropower planning, in compliance with the general principles on arrangement of the hydrological gauge network and in consideration of the sequence of the hydropower engineering construction, the hydrological gage arrangement and the implementation scheme at phase of the catchment are analyzed and studied. The study shows that the gauges at Jiangda, Reyu, Tongka, Luola and Emi shall be newly built at early stage so as to learn the linear variation law of the hydrological factors and provide the engineering design with basic data. This is significant for the hydrological gauge network establishment and the cascade hydropower development in Tibet.
