摘要
主设人员是设计院不可或缺的专业技术及管理人才,其自身技术及管理能力影响着项目进展的效率和质量。面对电力行业变革形势下工作模式的较大转变,主设人员需管理多层次、多样化的工作,这对主设人员的工作流程管理能力提出了更加严格的要求。文章基于电气设计专业工作特点,结合系统工程与时间管理理论,阐明了工作流程管理方法的重要性以及在实际工作中的应用方法。
The principal designers are the indispensible technical and management talents of the design institute. Their technical and management abilities impact efficiency and quality of project progress. Concerning the quite transformation of work modes of the electrical industry under reform and innovation nowadays, the principal designers have to manage works with different levels and varieties. The principal designers are strictly required to be with the higher management ability of the work flow. Based on the characteristics of the electrical design and in combination with the theory of the systematic engineering and time management, in the paper, significance of the work flow management method and the application method in practice are described.
