摘要
档案管理信息系统是通过信息化手段,规范和促进档案管理的有效工具,目前已广泛应用于企事业单位的档案信息化建设中。文章介绍了系统的信息管理、档案管理和检索利用等功能。通过电子文件的全过程管理、优化了档案管理流程,提高了档案利用效率,指出了系统仍存在的不足以及今后发展的思考,为企业的信息化建设做好保障。
The archive management information system is the effective tool to standardize and promote the archive management through the in- formatization manner. Currently, it is widely applied in the archive informatization construction of enterprises. In the paper, the system functions such as information management, archive management and researching utilization, etc are introduced. Through the whole-process management of the e-documents, the archive management flow is optimized and the archive utilization rate is improved. On the other hand, disadvantages and the future development of the system are also pointed out. These secure the informatization construction of enterprises.
