本科护生专业认同与心理韧性的相关性研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的调查本科护生专业认同与心理韧性现状,探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取185名本科护生,使用护生专业认同调查问卷及ConnerDavis韧性量表(CD-RISC)对其进行调查。结果本科护生专业认同总分为(86.45±10.30)分,处于一般认同水平;心理韧性总分为(61.81±10.97)分,处于中等水平。本科护生专业认同与心理韧性呈显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示,心理韧性能够正确预测专业认同。结论心理韧性是影响本科护生专业认同的重要因素。护理院校应采取有效措施培养本科护生心理韧性,从而有助于提高本科护生的专业认同。 Objective To investigate the status quo of the professional identity and psychological resilience of baccalaureate nursing students and the relationship between them.Methods A total of 185 baccalaureate nursing students from a certain medical university who were selected by using convenient sampling method received survey by applying Questionnaire for Baccalaureate Nursing Students and Conner-Davis psychological resilience scale(CD-RISC).Result The overall score of baccalaureate nursing students' professional identity was(86.45±10.30),and the total score of their psychological reliance was(61.81±10.97),both of which were in medium levels.The professional identity of baccalaureate nursing students was in a significant positive correlation with psychological resilience(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Regard psychological resilience as the independent variable,professional identity as the dependent variable,multiple linear stepwise regression showed that psychological resilience can be a good predictor for the level of professional identity.Conclusion psychological resilience is an important influencing factor of professional identity of baccalaureate nursing students.Nursing schools should take corresponding measures to improve nursing students' resilience,in order to improve their professional identity.
