暴发性1型糖尿病存在胰腺组织外分泌损伤 被引量:5

摘要 通过观察急性住院的新诊断爆发性1型糖尿病4例(FT_1DM组)、急性住院的新诊断1型糖尿病4例(T_1DM组)和新诊断2型糖尿病4例(T_2DM组)。比较各组血清淀粉酶随时间的变化和血清C肽水平,同时比FT_1DM组和T_1DM组抗胰岛素抗体(IAA)、抗胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)、抗谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GADAb)糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1C))等。结果:新诊断后24小时,48小时、72小时、96小时FT_1DM组血淀粉酶明显较T_1DM组和T_2DM组升高(P<0.01),FT_1DM组空腹血清C肽水平较T_1DM组低(P<0.05),但0.5小时、1小时和2小时两组间血清C肽水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:FT_1DM发病早期存在胰腺组织内分泌及外分泌功能损伤,胰腺的自身免疫损伤可能是FT_1DM的其中一个发病机制。
