摘要
以杭州某地下式污水处理厂桩基设计方案为例,探讨长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在杭州地区坚硬砂质土层中应用的经济性、可行性、适应性等问题。对沉管灌注桩、长螺旋钻孔压灌桩、振冲碎石桩、旋挖成孔灌注桩等桩基设计方案进行对比,并对抗浮设计方案的经济性和环境噪声限值符合性做出分析,介绍了本工程中采用长螺旋钻孔压灌桩施工的关键技术。长螺旋钻孔压灌桩在杭州地区应用较少,通过分析对比,发现小直径长螺旋钻孔压灌桩作为本工程抗浮桩时具有经济性高、噪声小、无振动、无挤土、穿透力强等特点。
As an example of the pile foundation design of underground wastewater treatment plant in Hangzhou, the economy, feasibility, adaptability and so on for the application of long auger bored cast-with-pressure concrete pile in hard sandy soil were explored in this paper. By comparison of pile foundation design scheme with tube-sinking cast-in-situ pile, long auger bored cast- with-pressure concrete pile, vibro-replacement stone column, and spin-dug pile, the anti-floating design of economy, the environmental noise limit conformity were analyzed, and the project of the key technologies of long auger bored cast-with-pressure concrete pile construction were introduced. Long auger bored cast-with-pressure concrete pile was less application in Hangzhou. Through analysis and comparison, it was found that small diameter of long auger drilling pressure grouting pile could be served as anti-floating pile in this project due to its characteristics of higher economic performance, lower noise, no vibration, no compaction, stronger penetration.
