摘要
目的研究血液净化治疗急性有机磷毒患者的临床疗效和对血清抗氧化能力、血小板和红细胞参数影响。方法 2012年6月到2016年1月间我院收治的急性有机磷毒患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例,对照组患者进行常规解毒治疗,观察组患者在此基础上进行血液净化治疗,治疗结束后比较两组患者治疗有效率,同时比较不同时间患者的血清抵抗素水平和血小板参数(PLT、PCT、MPV及PDW)及红细胞参数(MCV、MCHC、RDW及HCT)。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率(95.46%)明显高于对照组患者的治疗有效率(70.55%)(P=0.02);观察组治疗后1 d、3 d及一周患者的血清抵抗素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗后各时间的PCT、PLT及PDW水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),同时MPV水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗后各时间的MCHC、MCV及RDW水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),同时HCT水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血液净化治疗能明显提高急性有机磷中毒患者治疗有效率,明显降低患者的血清抵抗素水平,同时能明显改善患者的血小板和红细胞参数。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of blood purification therapy in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning and serum antioxidant capacity, platelets and red blood cell parameters influence. Methods 88 patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital between June 2012 to January 2016, all patients were divided into control group and observation group by randomly method ,44 cases in each group, control group of patients for routine detoxification treatment, on the basis observation patients were treated by blood purification therapy, after treatment, compared treatment efficiency while comparing different time serum resistin levels in patients and platelet parameters ( PLT, PCT, MPV and PDW) and red blood cell parameters ( MCV, MCHC, RDW and HCT). Results Observation group of patients treatment efficiency(95.46% )was significantly higher in patients with treatment efficiency (70. 55% )( P = 0.02 ); after one day, three days and one week treatment observation group patients with serum resistin levels were significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; after treatment the observation group patients of the PCT,PLT and PDW levels were significantly lower than the control group(P 〈0. 01 ) ,while MPV levels were significantly higher(P 〈 0. 01 ) ;after treatment the observation group patients of the MCHC, MCV and RDW levels were significantly lower than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ) , while HCT levels were significantly higher( P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The blood purification treatment can significantly improve the treatment of patients with acute organophosphate poisoning efficiency, decreased serum resistin levels, and can significantly improve the patient's platelets and red blood cell parameters.
