压裂液各因素对污水处理的影响研究

摘要 压裂技术在油田开发中增产作用十分明显,在油田开发中普遍采用。但该技术的应用使未返出的压裂液随着采出液进入污水处理系统,严重影响了污水的处理效果。为此,使用不同ρ(胍胶)、ρ(助排剂)、ρ(防膨剂)的模拟污水,以PAC为絮凝剂,研究分析了压裂液中各成分对于污水絮凝的影响机理、影响程度和规律。影响程度次序:助排剂>稠化剂胍胶>防膨剂。助排剂影响程度最大,ρ(助排剂)=50mg/L时就严重影响絮凝效果。稠化剂胍胶能增大水中含油量,也是水中悬浮物的重要来源。 Fracturing technology in the development of oilfield production plays important role,in the development of the oil field is widely used.However, the application of this technology makes the frac turing fluid which is not returned to the sewage treatment system,which seriously affects the treat- ment effect of the sewage.To this end,the paper used PAC as a flocculant to treat simulated sewage containing different amounts of gum, auxiliary agent and anti swelling agent. The influence mechanism,degree and law of fracturing fluid composition on the flocculation of sewage were studied and analyzed. Influence size in order degree, the auxiliary agent)the thickening agent)the anti swelling agent.The effect of the auxiliary drainage agent was the biggest,and the effect of flocculation was seriously affected when the content was 50 mg/L.The thickening agent can increase the oil content in water, and is also an important source of suspended matter in the water.
