摘要
借助江西城门山铜矿帷幕注浆工程,对首次采用的低成本改性湖泥混合浆液的塑性粘度及初凝时间进行试验研究,为选择优质的混合浆液配比提供了技术依据。鉴于混合浆液砂石含量大,制定先进合理的处理工艺并改进相关设备,保证了含砂量不大于5%,满足施工技术要求和工业化应用。
With Chengmen Copper Curtain Grouting Project in Jiangxi as an example, tests on plastic viscosity and presetting time of the low--cost modified lake mud mixed grout adopted for the first time in this project are conducted and the results provide technical basis for making a superiorly--proportioned mixed grout. To address the problem that there is a large quantity of graves and sands in the mixed grout, an advanced and reasonable treatment process has been made and relative equipment is upgraded to ensure sediment concentration in the grout is below 5%. Construction technical requirements and industrial application requirements are satisfied.
