摘要 雅矿公司选矿厂原有排液系统因真空泵、滤液泵故障率高造成陶瓷过滤机运行不平稳、故障率高而无法满足生产需要。经对排液系统原理的分析研究,最终通过技术改造实现了真空泵可靠运行及滤液罐自动排液,保证了陶瓷过滤机的正常运行,产生了很好的经济效益。 Due to the high failure rate of vacuum pump and filtrate pump, which results in the unstable operation and high failure rate of ceramic filter, old liquid drain system of beneficiation plant of Mayashu Corporation has already been unable to satisfy production needs. Through analysis and study on the theory of liquid drain system, the system is technologically innovated eventually. Reliable operation of vacuum pump and automatic drainage of liquid is achieved, normal operation of ceramic filter is ensured and good economic benefits are generated.
