社区中医护理干预对老年高血压患者自我管理能力的影响

Study of the Effect of Community Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Intervention on Self-management Ability of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:探讨对老年高血压患者实施社区中医护理干预对患者自我管理能力产生的影响。方法:选择2014年3月至2015年8月广州市荔湾区海龙街社区卫生服务中心收治的110例老年高血压患者,随机平分为对照组、观察组,给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医护理干预,对比两组患者血压控制情况及自我管理能力。结果:观察组血压控制效果以及患者用药依从性、血压监测、体质量控制等自我管理能力均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗及护理基础上对社区老年高血压患者实施中医护理干预可促进患者自我管理能力得到有效增强。

Objective To study the effect of community Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） nursing intervention on selfmanagement ability of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 110 cases of elderly hypertensive patients from 2014 March to 2015 August in Dragon community were randomly divided to the control group and the observation group, which were given routine treatment and nursing.The observation group was given TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Two groups of patients with blood pressure control and self-management ability were compared. Results The self-management ability of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, including the blood pressure control effect, patient compliance, blood pressure monitoring and body weight control. The difference was significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention can improve the self-management ability of the elderly patients with hypertension in the community based on conventional treatment and nursing.
