摘要
教师学习是教师促进自身专业发展的必经之路。在国际范围内,教师学习研究正在成为教师培养和培训研究中的一个热点议题。文章从教师学习的方法与策略研究、教师学习的外部支持系统研究、教师学习的内部机制研究等方面,梳理了国内外教师学习研究发展变化的基本特征和趋势。
Research on teacher learning is becoming a key issue of teacher preparation and teacher development in many countries. Reviewing teacher learning research is essential to exploring teacher learning process, and promoting teacher education practices. Thus, this article reviews general development and trends of teacher learning, based on three themes: research on methods and strategies of teacher learning; research on external support system of teacher learning; and research on internal system of teacher learning.
