The effect of temperature on the crystallization behavior of iPP and TMB-5/iPP

摘要 通过DSC和同步辐射WAXS技术测定了结晶温度对iPP和TMB-5/iPP结晶行为的影响.结果表明,随等温结晶温度升高,iPP总结晶度变化不大,但是β晶型含量降低的同时α晶型含量增加.TMB-5是一种具有温度依赖的选择性成核剂,当等温结晶温度高于140℃时,含TMB-5成核剂的iPP的β晶型的含量急剧降低.本文进一步探讨了TMB-5对iPP结晶行为影响的机理. The iPP and iPP containing TMB-5 were isothermal crystallized at various temperatures, and the effect of temperature on the crystallization behavior of them was investigated via DSC and WAXS measurements. The results showed that the content of β-iPP decreases and the content of α-iPP increases with the increasing of the isothermal crystallization temperature. The changes of crystallinity of iPP including the βcrystal and α crystal could not be observed obviously. The results imply that TMB-5 is a kind of temperature depending selective nucleating agent for iPP crystallization. The content of the β crystal in the iPP which containing TMB-5 nucleating agent decreased dramatically when the isothermal crystallization temperature is higher than 140 ℃.
