紫苏水提取物对高脂血症小鼠的降血脂及抗氧化作用 被引量:14

Effect of Water Extract of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt. on Hypolipidemic and Antioxidative of Hyperlipidemic Mice

摘要 研究紫苏[Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt.]水提取物对高脂血症小鼠的降血脂和抗氧化能力的影响。SPF级健康雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组和高脂血症组,分别给予普通饲料和高脂饲料饲养8周,测定小鼠体重及血清中血脂水平,判断小鼠高脂血模型是否建立成功。将建模成功的高脂血症组小鼠分为模型组及低、中、高剂量组,分别灌胃生理盐水10m L/(kg·d)及紫苏水提取物3 g/(kg·d)、6 g/(kg·d)、9 g/(kg·d),连续灌胃6周。试验结束后检测小鼠血清和肝脏中血脂和抗氧化指标水平。结果表明,紫苏水提取物能降低高脂血症小鼠血清中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,提高血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,同时提高小鼠血清和肝脏中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,抑制丙二醛(MDA)活力,其中以高剂量紫苏水提取物的降血脂作用和抗氧化效果最好。紫苏水提取物对高脂血症小鼠有显著的降血脂和抗氧化作用。 The aim of the study was to explore effects of water extract of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt. on blood lipidand antioxidant function of hyperlipidemia mice. SPF healthy male mice were divided into normal control group andhyperlipidemia group, respectively. They were fed with common feed and high fat diet for 8 weeks, then their bodyweight and serum lipid levels were measured to determine whether the mouse model of hyperlipidemia mice was es-tablished successfully. The hyperlipidemia modeling successfully mice were divided into model group and low, me-dium and high dose group, which were administered with normal saline 10 m L/kg·d, and water extract of Perillaefrutescens(L.) Britt. 3 g/kg·d, 6 g/kg·d, 9 g/kg·d for 6 weeks. Blood lipid and antioxidant indexes in serum and liv-er were measured at the end of the experiment. The results showed that the water extract of Perilla frutescens(L.)Britt. reduced cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and increased high density lipoproteincholesterol level in serum of hyperlipidemia mice, and increased catalase, glutathione peroxidase and superoxidedismutase, malondialdehyde inhibitory activity in serum and liver. The high dose of water extract of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt. hypolipidemic and antioxidant effect was the best. The water extract of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt. hassignificant hypolipidemic and antioxidation of hyperlipidemia mice.
