摘要 以神农香菊无性系‘S1401’、‘S1407’为研究材料,研究了UV-B处理对神农香菊净光合速率、叶绿素质量分数、二磷酸核酮糖羧化酶(Ru BPCase)活性的影响。结果表明:随着UV-B处理时间的增加,神农香菊的净光合速率呈现先升高后降低的趋势;神农香菊叶片内的叶绿素a、叶绿素b质量分数显著下降,对类胡萝卜素质量分数的影响较小,且规律性不强;在UV-B胁迫条件下,神农香菊Ru BPCase羧化酶的活性降低,且随着辐射时间延长表现出先升后降的变化趋势。 We studied the effect of UV-B on photosynthesis on net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and RuBPCase activ- ity in Dendranthema indicum var. aromaticum. With the increase of UV-B treatment time, the net photosynthetic rate of D. indicum var. aromaticum firstly increased and then decreased. Under UV-B radiation, the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of D. inclicum vat. aromaticum presented the reducing trend, and the carotenoid content varied subtly. Under UV-B stress, RuBPCase carboxylase activity decreased, and showed a trend of lift and down with the prolonged radiation time.
