针灸为主的临床治疗方案在慢性前列腺炎患者中的效果

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical treatment scheme in treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis

目的探究以针灸为主的临床治疗对于慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法选择2014年7月~2016年7月来我院治疗的慢性前列腺患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组采用针灸为主治疗,对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗1个月后,比较两组患者慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)、治疗有效率和显效率、SDS抑郁评分及症状复发率。结果两组患者NIH-CPSI评分和SDS评分均较治疗前降低,且实验组较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率和显效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组症状复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸为主治疗慢性前列腺炎,临床疗效好,症状缓解显著,症状复发率低,预后良好,可显著改善患者不良心态,建立治疗自信,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical treatment scheme in treatment on paretors with chanire prosotion.Methods on case of patients with prostatitis qured in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each.Patients in experimental group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment.After 1 months of treatment,chronic prostatitis symptom score （NIH-CPSI）,treatment effectiveness and significant efficiency,SDS depression score and symptom recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results NIH-CPSI score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）,and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The effective rate and effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of chronic prostatitis has good clinical effect,significant symptomatic relief, low symptom recurrence rate,and good prognosis.It can significantly improve the patient＇s bad attitude,and build up confidence in treatment.h is worthy of clinical promotion.
