盐酸异丙嗪片与盐酸西替利嗪片联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of promethazine hydrochloride tablets and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets in combined treatment of chronic urticaria

目的研究盐酸异丙嗪片联合盐酸西替利嗪片对慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效。方法将116例患者随机分为对照组(盐酸西替利嗪片)和治疗组(盐酸异丙嗪片联合盐酸西替利嗪片),治疗8周后观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者总体疗效评估,治疗后第2、4、8周两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间风团个数、风团大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组临床总有效率为96.55%,对照组总有效率为87.93%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上联合用药治疗慢性荨麻疹能取得较好的临床效果。

Objective To study the curative effect of romethazine hydrochloride tablets combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 116 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group（treated with promethazine hydrochloride tablets） and treatment group（treated with romethazine hydrochloride tablets combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets）. After eight weeks treatment, curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results Two weeks, four weeks and eight weeks after treatment, there were some statistically significant difference on efficacy evaluation between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference on the number of wheal wheal size between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 87.93%, which was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination therapy on chronic urticaria can achieve better clinical results.
