无创机械通气对睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的疗效观察

Clinical observation of non-invasive mechanical ventilation in treatment of sleep apnea syndrome

目的探究无创机械通气对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床治疗效率。方法选取本院2014年8月30日~2016年8月30日收治患睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者112例作为研究对象,根据数字随机分为研究组和参照组,每组56例。参照组给予常规药物、饮食控制、睡眠体位改变以及有氧运动等,研究组在参照组基础上给予自动调节气道正压通气治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后,研究组AHI、SaO_2、血压情况、hs-CRP、LDL、TC以及生活质量评分均优于参照组,对比显示存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创机械通气对治疗睡眠呼吸暂停综合征具有显著疗效,且对改善患者睡眠时间、生活质量以及健康水平均具有良好效果,值得临床医师广泛应用。

Objective To explore the clinic effect of noninvasive mechanical ventilation in treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods 112 cases of patients with sleep apnea syndrome cured in our hospital from August 30, 2015 to August 30, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the research group and the reference group according to the number with 56 cases in each group respectively. Patients in reference group were treated with conventional medicine, diet control, sleep position change and aerobic exercise. On the basis of reference group, patients in study group were treated with automatic continuous positive airways pressure treatment. The treatment effects of patients in two groups were observed, and statistical analysis was carried out. Results After treatment, the scores of AHI, SaO2, blood pressure, hs-CRP, LDL, TC and life quality in research group were better than those in reference group. The comparison showed there was statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Noninvasive mechanical ventilation has significant curative effect in treatment of sleep apnea syndrome, and it has good effect on improving the sleep time, life quality and health level. It deserves the extensive use by clinicians.
