摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪、旋转流变仪和热重分析仪等仪器研究了没食子酸甲酯对聚丙烯的抗氧化行为、流变行为和热分解行为的影响.利用Ozawa-Flynn-Wall(OFW)方程和Friedman方程对其在空气和氮气两种气氛下的热分解进行了动力学分析.结果表明,在空气气氛下,没食子酸甲酯能明显提高聚丙烯的抗氧化性能,零剪切粘度有所提高,热氧分解过程的表观活化能高于纯聚丙烯;在氮气气氛下,添加没食子酸甲酯的聚丙烯热稳定性明显高于在空气气氛下的变化,但氮气气氛下没食子酸甲酯的抗氧化性表现不明显.
The anti-oxidation activity,rheological behavior and thermal decomposition behavior of methyl gallate in PP matrix were studied by using DSC,rotational rheometer and TG techniques. The thermal decomposition kinetics of the filled PP resin were calculated with using Ozawa-Flynn-Wall( OFW) equation and Friedman equation under air or nitrogen atmosphere. Under air atmophere the presence of methyl gallate could effectively improve thermooxidative stability and zero shear viscosity of PP,and increase the apparent activation energy higher than PP. The thermal stability was improved under nitrogen environment compared with air environment. However,the anti-oxidation activity of methyl gallate was not obvious under nitrogen atmosphere.
