对当前我国职业资格证书制度改革工作的几点建议

Some Suggestions on the Reform of the National Vocational Qualification Certification System

在研究国际社会的职业资格证书制度当前形势的基础上,结合我国国家职业资格证书制度的现状,分析当前我国该制度存在的主要问题及产生的原因,并从法律保障和标准体系建设、行业组织参与机制等方面提出了一些解决方案,为我国职业资格证书制度的改革工作提供了建议。

Based on the study of development trends of international vocational qualification certification system,and combining the present situation of the vocational qualification certificate system in China,the author analyses the main problems of our country＇s vocational qualification system and the causes of these problems. The author also puts forward some solutions to these problems from the respects of the law guarantee system, Standard system construction, industry organization participation mechanism.
