整形美容技术用于剖腹产切口缝合的效果评价

Evaluation of Cosmetic Suture after Cesarean Incision

目的:分析切口美容缝合法用于剖腹产切口缝合的效果。方法:选取我院2015年3月-2016年9月行剖腹产治疗的96例初产妇为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,分别命为观察组、对照组。观察组48例患者给予切口美容缝合法进行切口缝合,对照组48例患者给予常规缝法进行切口缝合。对比两组患者的术后切口美观程度、缝线反应以及愈合后瘢痕遗留情况。结果:观察组患者的切口美观程度、缝线反应0度率和对照组比较明显升高;观察组的切口瘢痕增生率、瘢痕宽度较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在剖腹产切口缝合切口中,美容缝合法能够有效降低患者缝线反应,减少愈合后瘢痕增生的发生,改善切口美观程度。

Objective To analyze the effect of cosmetic suturing method in the incision for cesarean section. Methods Ninetysix primiparas who received a cesarean in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, namely observation group and control group. In the observation group, 48 patients were treated with cosmetic incision suturing, while 48 patients in the control group were given conventional suture. Postoperative incision aesthetics, suture reaction, intraoperative blood loss, operation time and postoperative exhaust time were compared between the two groups. Results The degree of incision aesthetics and the rate of suture reaction were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group. Intraoperative blood loss, operation time and exhaust time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Cosmetic suture method can effectively reduce the intraoperative blood loss volume and suture reaction, and improve the aesthetic effect of the incision after cesarean.
