眶脂肪固定联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊在维吾尔族女性下睑袋整复术中的应用

Orbital Fat Fixed Joint Orbital Muscle Fascia Ligament Suspension in Uighur Women Under the Application of the Eyelid Bag of Reconstructive Surgery

目的:在维吾尔族女性下睑袋患者中应用经皮入路眶脂肪弓状缘释放固定联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊技术矫正下睑袋,初步探讨该技术在维吾尔族女性中的应用价值。方法:将60例维吾尔族女性下睑袋患者采用随机数字表随机分为两组,以接受传统经皮入路下睑袋整形术为对照组,以接受经皮入路眶脂肪弓状缘释放固定联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊技术为观察组,每组30例。分别对比两组的术后满意度及并发症的发生率。结果:观察组治疗满意者26例,基本满意者4例,不满意者0例,明显优于对照组的治疗满意者16例,基本满意者12例,不满意者2例(P<0.05)。观察组出现溢泪者2例,球结膜水肿2例,可逆性下睑外翻0例,明显少于对照组的出现溢泪者4例,球结膜水肿3例,可逆性下睑外翻4例。结论:在维吾尔族女性下睑袋患者中应用眶脂肪弓状缘释放固定联合眶肌筋膜韧带悬吊技术明显提高了患者的满意度并降低并发症的发生率,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective In Uighur women under eyelid bag application of percutaneous approach in patients with orbital fat arcuate edge to release a fixed joint orbital muscle fascia ligament suspension under the technical correction eyelid bag,preliminary discuss the application of the technology in Uighur women value. Methods 60 patients with Uighur women under eyelid bag adopts digital meter were randomly divided into two groups at random, to accept the traditional percutaneous approach under the eyelid bag plastic surgery as the control group, to accept the percutaneous approach orbital fat arcuate edge to release a fixed joint orbital muscle fascia ligament suspension technology as observation group,30 cases in each group. Respectively,compared two groups of postoperative satisfaction and the incidence of complications. Results Observation group treatment of 26 cases,satisfied with the basic four cases,satisfied with the not satisfied 0 cases,significantly better than control group in the treatment of 16 cases, satisfied with the basic 12 cases,satisfied with the dissatisfied in two cases（P0.05）. Observed group tears spill in two cases,chemosis in two cases,reversible ectropion under 0 cases, four cases were significantly less than control group in the presence of excessive tear person, chemosis three cases,four cases were under the reversible ectropion. Conclusion Applied in the Uighur women patients with eyelid bag under orbital fat arcuate edge to release a fixed joint orbital muscle fascia ligament suspension technology improve the patient＇s satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,has a certain clinical value.
