明胶海绵与生物蛋白胶在腭裂修复术中松弛切口处理的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:对比腭裂患者修复术中不同的创面处理方法对伤口愈合效果的影响。方法:126例腭裂手术患者,随机分为两组。A组:采用明胶海绵填塞创面;B组:采用生物蛋白胶填充松弛切口,评价两组患者术后精神、饮食恢复时间的差异及术后发热、出血情况。结果:两组患者在术后精神、饮食,出血及术穿孔、复裂方面无明显统计学差异。结论:明胶海绵与生物蛋白胶止血可靠,术后反应轻,伤口愈合快,具有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of different treatments on the wound-healing of Palatorrhaphy. Methods 126 patients with cleft palate were selected,which was divided into two groups randomly.The bilateral incisions in A group were obturated with gelatin sponge, while incisions in the B group were treated with biomedical fibrin glue. After operation, the recovery time, temperature,diet status,wound healing and developed bleeding et al were evaluated. Results The time of recovering normal diet,the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage, hospitalization time were observed, but there was no significantly statistical differences in two groups. Conclusion Gelatin sponge and biomedical fibrin glue have good clinical application value in the relaxatiaon incision with good hemostasis, diet and wound healing.
