Z350纳米树脂联合流体树脂修复老年人前磨牙深度楔状缺损的临床研究

The Comparison of Clinical Curative Effect in the Cure of Wedge-shaped Defects:Using Z350 Nano-filler Resin and Fluid Resin

目的:研究Z350纳米树脂联合流体树脂修复老年人前磨牙楔状缺损的临床效果。方法:选择2013年5月-2014年11月在笔者科室就诊的232例患者(男120例,女112例),年龄60~70岁,第一前磨牙156颗,第二前磨牙124颗,共280颗患牙进行分析。将患者随机分成两组,试验组:自酸蚀后采用Esthet-X Flow树脂垫底后Z350纳米树脂修复;对照组:单纯玻璃离子(GIC)垫底后用3M Adper Easy THree自酸蚀粘结处理Z350纳米树脂进行充填修复,比较即刻、1年后、2年后两者的美观、树脂脱落率、边缘密合度、继发龋、着色等临床效果。结果:两组即刻修复成功率比较,两种修复方法效果相似(P>0.05),无明显差异,而1年后、2年后充填成功率对比,流体树脂联合Z350纳米树脂夹层修复楔状缺损时明显优于单纯玻璃离子(GIC)联合Z350纳米树脂(P<0.01)。结论:Z350纳米树脂联合流体树脂修复楔状缺损时长期效果明显优于单纯玻璃离子(GIC)联合Z350纳米树脂,具有良好的临床疗效,是一种值得推广的老年人前磨牙深度楔状缺损充填材料。

Objective To observe the clinica I curative effect of using Z350 nano-filler composite resin and fluid resin and GIC and Z350 nano-filler composite resin in the cure of wedge-shaped defects for old people. Methods A total of 280 teeth were divided into two groups randomly, One group was treatedly with f Z350 nano-filler resin and fluid resin after solutive erosion,The other group was treated with GIC and Z350 nano-filler composite resin to restore the defects after erosion.Clinical examinations were made after restoration and 24 months and 48 monthsof treatment. Results The clinical effect were similar after restoration,without statistically significant（P〉0.05）;but after 1 years and 2 years,the Z350 nano-filler resin and fluid resin is much better than GIC and Z350 nano-filler composite resin,the difference of the two groups was statistically significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Z350 nano-filler resin and fluid resin could achieve good clinica I effect fter 1 years and 2 years.They would be an ideal filling material for wedge-shaped defects for old people.
