2型糖尿病非刺激性全唾液中炎性因子含量与种植体稳定性的关系 被引量:1

The Relationship between the Levels of Inflammatory Factors and the Stability of Implants in the Whole Unstimulated Saliva of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:检测行种植修复的2型糖尿病患者和非糖尿病患者非刺激性全唾液中炎性因子的含量和种植体初期的稳定性,探究糖尿病患者种植治疗的预后疗效,以此作为该类患者种植治疗术前评估,术后保证并提高种植义齿成功率的参考依据。方法:在种植前和种植后4周、12周,分别采集行种植义齿修复的18例2型糖尿病患者(试验组)及18例非糖尿病患者(对照组)的非刺激性全唾液,检查种植体稳定性和牙周状况,ELISA法检测唾液中的IL-1β、TNF-α和ALP的含量。结果:试验组ISQ(implant stability quotient)值与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),组内对比ISQ值在12周时明显高于术中,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组唾液中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量显著高于对照组,并有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组随时间推移唾液中IL-1β和TNF-α的含量均降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而相比两组唾液中ALP含量,无明显差距不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验组牙周探诊深度高于对照组,两组内对比探诊深度均越来越小,且均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血糖控制相对较好的2型糖尿病患者行种植治疗后,初期种植体稳定性与健康对照组患者无显著差别,同样可以行种植义齿修复缺失牙。 Objective To explore the levels of inflammatory factors in whole unstimulated saliva of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and non diabetic healthy patients and the stability of the early implants.To explore the prognostic effect of implant therapy in diabetic patients,in order to evaluate the preoperative evaluation of the diabetic patients, and to ensure and improve the success rate of dental implants. Methods Before planting and after planting for 4 weeks, 12 weeks, 18 patients with type 2 diabetes were collected for implant patients(test group) and 18 cases of non diabetes patients(control group) of unstimulated whole saliva, check the implant stability and periodontal status, content of saliva testing in ELISA method IL-1 beta, TNFalpha and ALP. Results The ISQ(stability quotient implant) values of the experimental group and the control group were not statistically different(P 〉0.05). Compared with the ISQ value within 12 weeks, the value was significantly higher than that in the operation, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). The content of the test group in the saliva of IL-1 beta and TNF- were significantly higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05), the two groups with IL-1 time in the saliva of alpha beta and TNF- content decreased, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). But There was no significant difference in the content of ALP in saliva between the two groups(P〉0.05). In the experimental group, the depth of the probing depth was higher than that of the control group, the depth of the two groups was smaller and smaller, and all of the groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes implant treatment relatively well after the initial implant stability in patients with not much difference between healthy controls, also for implant tooth loss.
