摘要
新闻报道承载新闻态度,语义韵对这种态度的实现起着至关重要的作用。本文采用语料库语言学的相关研究方法,探究美国媒体New York Times《纽约时报》和中国对外媒体China Daily《中国日报》新闻报道中关于钓鱼岛相关表述的语义韵,进而阐释新闻语篇凭借语义韵实现态度意义的机制。
Newspaper reports provide a hint of particular attitude, and semantic prosody plays a crucial role in the producing, showing and spreading of the attitude. This paper analyzes the semantic prosodies used in the news discourse in the reports from The New York Times and China Daily related to the issue of Diaoyu Island and interprets how semantic prosody exerts an influence on news attitudes and how the attitudes are presented through semantic prosody.
