摘要
目的研究光动力疗法与CO_2激光对复发性尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的复发性尖锐湿疣患者102例为观察对象。根据治疗方法不同分为观察组及对照组各51例。对照组给予CO_2激光治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用光动力疗法,对比两组治疗效果及患者细胞免疫功能。结果观察组治愈率显著高于对照组,且复发率显著低于对照组;治疗前两组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均显著高于对照组,而CD8^+显著低于对照组;治疗前两组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组血清IL-6水平显著高于对照组,TNF-α水平显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论光动力疗法与CO_2激光治疗复发性尖锐湿疣疗效显著,可有效促进患者免疫功能恢复,调节炎性细胞因子,安全性较好。
Objective To study the effects of photodynamic therapy with CO2 laser on the cellular immune function of patients with ecurrent condyloma acuminatum. Methods From February 2012 to February 2016,in102 patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum from our hospital were selected. According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,each of 51 cases. Control group patients was given the CO2 laser treatment,while the observation group,based on the control group treatment,were also given light therapy. We then compared the treatment effect and cellular immune function of patients form two groups. Results The observation group' s cure rate was significantly higher than control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group; Before treatment,when comparing peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup level, there was no significant difference; After treatment,thelevel of,CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,and CD8^+significantly lower than the control group; before treatment,the difference of the serum IL-6 was compared,there was no significant difference of TNF-α level after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α was significantly lower than the control group,these differences were statistically significant(all P〈0. 05).Incidence of adverse reactions to contrast between the two groups was not obvious(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Using photodynamic therapy with CO2 laser to treat recurrent condyloma acuminatum has curative effect,it can effectively promote the patients' immune function recovery,regulating inflammatory cytokines,and providing better security.
