摘要
利用表面等离子体共振(surface plasmon resonance,SPR)技术检测牛乳中的磺胺嘧啶。将牛血清白蛋白偶联的磺胺类药物广谱抗原作为传感芯片特异识别探针结合到生物芯片表面,通过免疫竞争抑制法原理结合SPR技术检测牛乳中的磺胺嘧啶。建立标准曲线,检测磺胺嘧啶的最低检测限为3.41 ng/m L,牛乳中加标准品的回收率为71%~120%,所采用的SPR方法对于检测牛乳中的磺胺嘧啶具有较高的灵敏度和准确性。
Surface plasmon resonance(SPR) was used to detect sulfadiazine(SD) in milk. SD-BSA conjugate as sensitive probe was immobilized onto the surface of a biochip for the development of a competitive inhibition immunoassay to detect SD in milk using SPR. The calibration curve was established. The limit of detection for SD was 3.41 ng/m L, and the recovery of spiked samples was in the range of 71%-120%. The proposed SPR method proved to be sensitive and accurate.
