共病状态评估工具的临床应用及研究进展

随着人口老龄化发展,共病问题日显突出。共病影响患者生活质量、增加疾病不良预后风险。共病状态的研究和证据有限,临床决策复杂困难,如何对共病状态进行评估并指导临床实践成为急需解决的问题。本文对现有共病状态评估的工具及应用进行综述,旨在为今后共病评估方法及共病管理的研究提供依据。

With the population aging , the problem of comorbidity is becoming more and more serious .Comorbidities affect the life quality of patients and increase the risk of poor prognosis .However , due to limited study and evidence , clinical decision-making becomes difficult and complicated .How to assess the comorbid condition and to guide clinical practice has become an urgent problem to be solved.This review summarized the assessment tools of comorbidity and their clinical applications in order to provide a basis for the future study of comorbidity assessment and comorbid management .
