天津中法芥园水务调度系统设计及特点

摘要 介绍了天津中法芥园水务调度系统的设计原则、网络拓扑结构、控制原理、设计特点等。调度系统设计基于"集中管理、分散控制"的模式,具有良好的开放性和可靠性,实现了对水厂整个工艺流程及全部生产工艺设备的监测与控制,生产现场无人值守,中心控制室集中管理。 The design principle,networking topology structure,control theory,design features of water dispatching system used by Tianjin Sino-French Jieyuan Waterworks were introduced. The dispatching system was based on the model of centralized management and decentralized control,this dispatching system has good openness and reliability,the monitoring and control of the whole process and all producing equipment,unattended operation at production site and centralized management of the monitoring center could be realized.
