高校瑜伽课开展双语教学的SWOT分析及发展对策

SWOT Analysis and Development Strategies of the Bilingual Teaching of Yoga in Colleges

运用现代管理学的SWOT分析方法,对我国普通高校公共体育课瑜伽双语教学的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等内外环境进行系统的分析,提出高校瑜伽双语教学的发展对策:学校应增加政策支持;逐步健全和配置瑜伽课程双语教材;加强瑜伽课双语教学的师资力量;加强瑜伽课双语教学的教学研究;注重引导和培养学生的体育学习兴趣,转变学生的体育学习态度和观念,促进双语教学在高校瑜伽课程中的开展和实施。

The thesis analyzes the internal and external environment including the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats for the bilingual teaching of Yoga in Chinese colleges with the method of SWOT analysis of modern management. And it comes up with some countermeasures as follow： the policy support of school should be strengthened; the qualified teachers in colleges should be reinforced; the teaching materials of bilingual teaching of Yoga should be improved gradually and configured rationally ; the teaching research of the bilingual teaching of Yoga should be emphasized; Teachers should actively guide and cultivate the P.E. learning interests of the students, change the P.E. attitude and concept of the students, which can promote the development and implement of bilingual teaching in P.E. course of colleges.
