摘要
以利己和利他理论为视角,运用文献资料法、访谈法,问卷调查法对自发性群众体育中领导者成就需要与利他行为之间的关系进行论证,证实了成就感强的领导者会更加积极地组织成员活动。成就需要也激发了领导者提高自己技术动作的信心,推动领导者组织成员参加群众体育活动比赛,竭力取得好名次,获得更多人的支持或赞助,将群众体育群体活动开展的更好,也加大了自发性群众体育群体规模的发展,为今后推动在和谐社会下构建自发性群众体育群体文化提供参考。
In the perspective of self- interest and altruism theory, using the method of documentary, interview, questionnaire survey, this paper illustrates the relationship between spontaneous masses sports leaders achievement need and altruistic behavior, proves that leaders with strong sense achievement will be more actively in organizing activities of members. Achievements need also inspired the confidence of the leaders to improve their technical movement, promotes leaders group members to participate in mass sports activities, tries to get good rankings to get more people to support or sponsorship, to develop mass sports group activities better, which also increases the spontaneous development of mass sports population size. All the above factors will provide references for the build and promotion of future spontaneous mass sports community culture under the harmonious society.
