基于动作控制理论对网球发球教学方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在当今网球运动中,发球技术的诸多优势特点及其在网球比赛中占有的重要价值特点,使其在网球科研领域受到了极大重视和认可,然而,发球动作较为复杂,学生较难掌握。为了降低发球动作教学难度,使学生更容易掌握,我们通过动作控制理论,针对性的提出网球发球技术的新教法。在文献资料、专家访谈和教学实验的基础上,首先从网球发球动作的高组织技能特点、网球发球的动作信息控制与组织方式、合成与系统协同效应、二维分类四个方面对新教法的理论进行了分析,其次对网球发球教学的击球、随挥环节进行了影响分析,最后得出相应的结论,为网球发球教学方法提供参考。 Because of its advantages features and its importance in tennis match, serve skill is widely accepted and valued in tennis scientific research. However, the serve action is complex and difficult for students to master. In order to reduce serve teaching difficulty and make it easy for students, we put forward new teaching methods for tennis serve by using motor control theory. Based on literature, expert interview and scientific research methods, this paper analyzes theories of the new teaching methods from the following 4 aspects: highly organized skill features of serve motor, motor information control and organization form of tennis, compound and synergy, as well as two - dimension classification. Then the paper influential analysis on hit and follow - through in serve teaching. Finally, the paper draws related conclusions to offer reference for tennis teaching.
