随着对大学生素质教育的关注,高校对课余体育竞赛方面的投入也逐渐增多,但是目前高校对课余体育竞赛的认知、组织管理、经费投入等方面还存在一定的问题,不利于高校课余体育竞赛的发展。因此,正确认识高校课余体育竞赛发展的现状并针对问题提出相应的组织管理策略,对高校课余体育竞赛的健康发展有深远的意义。

As the development of quality education for college students is drawing more attention, colleges devote more on extracurricular sports competitions. However, there are still some problems exist for colleges in cognition, organization management and expenditure, which restrict the development of extracurricular sports competitions. Therefore, the correct understanding of the current situation of extracurricular sports competition development, as well as putting forward the corresponding management strategy to solve the problem, are of great significance for the healthy development of extracurricular college sports competitions.
