The Internationalization Promotion of Chinese Dragon and Lion Dance from a Comparative Perspective of Western and Chinese Cultural Symbols

舞龙舞狮是中国传统的民俗文化活动,在国内外迅速发展开来。运用文献资料、逻辑分析和比较研究法,基于中西方文化符号比较为视角,深入探讨舞龙舞狮的国际化传播之道。研究认为:中西方文化符号在表象和内涵方面存在主观与客观、模糊与精确的差异,成为舞龙舞狮国际化传播的文化壁垒;需要神话故事的重现、民族性的正确认识、艺术特色的展示、教育价值的挖掘和娱乐健身功效方面寻求新的传播思路;最后提出策略:舞龙舞狮的国际化传播需要处理好传统与现代、东方与西方的关系,采用多元化手段加以传播。

The dragon and lion dance is the traditional Chinese folk cultural activities, and it development rapidly in China and abroad. By using methods of literature, logic analysis and comparative, this paper studies the in - depth international promotion based on cultural symbols perspective. The results show that： There are differences of appearance and content about the objective and subjective, vague and precise differences between Chinese and Western cultural symbols, which become the barriers of dragon and lion dances on International promotion; the new idea for dragon and lion dance include reproducibility of the myths, nationality correct understanding of art characteristics of the display, the educational value of the excavation and entertainment fitness effects ; Finally, the paper put forward the strategy： the international promotion of dragon and lion dances needs to deal with the relationship between tradition and modernity, East and West, use the diversified methods to realize the promotion.
