摘要
针对生源多样化现状,认真总结"同班异层"教学改革的实施效果,以学生为中心,因材施教,以专业群为基础,积极探索"同班同层"教学改革。事实证明"同班同层"较"同班异层"教学改革更加科学,教学针对性更强,极大提高教学质量。
In the light of the present situation of students" diversification, the paper summarizes the implementa- tion effect of "same class and different levels" teaching reform, takes students as the center, teaches students in ae- eordanee with their aptitude and explores the teaching reform of "same class and same level". Facts have proved that "the same class and the same level" is more scientific than the "same class and different levels". And the former is more targeted and effective in improving teaching quality.
