摘要
幼儿师范院校是培养幼儿教师的主阵地,承担着幼儿教师职前教育的任务。可以肯定的是,高质量的职前教育是高质量教师队伍建设的前提,失败的职前教育绝对无法培养出卓越教师。在幼儿教师职前教育中强调"学得丰富",是指在大量实践与丰富生活体验的基础上,使幼师生获得参与具体实践情境的能力。让"如何教"的知识表现为情节记忆的内容,而非关于实践的概念性"正确知识"。幼儿教师职前教育中正确知识被过于强调,致使知识的符号化、碎片化、线性化与功利化遮蔽了其原有的价值。"学得丰富"应该成为卓越幼儿教师职前教育的价值目标。
Children are the main land to develop preschool teachers in teachers colleges who undertaking the task of the preschool teachers' pre-service education. In order to be sure, high quality pre-service teaching is the premise of high quality teachers team construction, failure of the pre-service education cannot cultivate excellent teachers. We emphasizes "learned" in the early childhood teachers' pre-service education, giving young teachers and the students ability to participate in concrete practice situation. "How to teach" the contents of the knowledge of episodic memory, rather than about the practice of the concept "correct knowledge". To learn more knowledge should be outstanding preschool teachers' pre-service education teaching value goal.
