摘要
包括教学点在内的乡村小学集合了农村地区、集中连片特殊困难地区、民族地区等学校的特征,是校长培训的薄弱环节,补齐这块短板可从提高培训层级入手,开展乡村小学校长"省培"。设置"3+X""模块化"课程、推进"多导师"师资团队指引下的"5P"培训过程、优化"复合式"培训方法是提高乡村小学校长"省培"实效性的有力举措。
