摘要
在酒店行业员工流失率高的背景下,从实证角度探讨酒店员工培训对员工离职行为的影响路径,对酒店人力资源管理具有一定的指导意义。员工培训作为影响员工离职行为意向的外在环境变量,需要通过员工培训工作感知变量和工作满意度、工作忠诚度等情感变量起作用。因此,酒店在重视员工培训环境营造的同时,更要关注员工由培训收获感知而来的态度变化。
Under the background of high employee turnover in the hotel industry, this article study the influence paths of hotel employee training on employee turnover behavior from the perspective of empirical view, which can effectively guide the human resources management of hotel industry. Employee training, as an influence behavior intention of employee turnover in the external environment variables, need to play a role via the employee training work perception variables and affective variables, such as job satisfaction, loyalty etc. Therefore, the hotel's human resources department attaches great importance to employee training environment. Meantime, it is also needed to pay more attention to the perception and attitude change by Employee training.
