摘要 社会经济、科技与教育自身发展产生的变化,对地方本科高校的教育模式提出转型要求。地方高校应用型转变的第一个层面是教育目的的转变,要着重于通过教育赋予学生相应的社会属性,使之具备相应的职业能力以保障自身发展适应于地方社会经济的发展,从而进一步突出教育的中介转化作用。地方高校应用型转变的第二个层面是对教学关系的再认识,要坚持树立以学的活动为主体、以教的活动为主导的教学关系观,使二者同步发生相应的转变,协同并进、有机结合。地方高校应用型转变的第三个层面是加强课程改革,既包括加强校本课程建设,将地方社会经济的发展需求纳入高校教育的目标中;也包括学生学习方式的改革,使之成为打通学校教育与职业生涯的关键。 The changes of social economy, science and technology and the development of education itself put forward the transformation requirement for the education model of local undergraduate universities. The first aspect of the transformation in local universities is the transformation of educational purpose. It should be focused on that gives students the social attributes of the corresponding development by education and makes them have the corresponding occupation ability to protect their own development to adapt to the local social and economic transformation, so as to further highlight the intermediary role of education.The second aspect of the transformation in local universities is the recognition of the relationship between teaching and learning. It should be adhered to establish the view of taking learning activities as the main body and the teaching activity as the leading, making the two synchronous corresponding changes, and the organic combination of synergy. The third aspect of the transformation in local universities is to strengthen the curriculum reform. The local universities should strengthen the construction of school-based curriculum, and have the development needs of the local society and economy contained to the education goals. It also includes reform of students' learning style which make it become the key to get through school education and occupation career.
